Rahanet ISP Services is a prominent internet service provider based in Afghanistan. They offer a wide range of internet connectivity solutions including fixed wireless, fiber optics, microwave, and V-Sat services across the nation. With the advent of digital transformation and increasing competition in the ISP sector, Rahanet aimed to revamp its website to align with the latest UX/UI trends, improve user experience, and provide enhanced accessibility features.

Objective

The primary objectives of the project were to modernize and enhance Rahanet's online presence through a website redesign. This included:

• Creating a user-friendly interface that effectively communicates the company's services and mission.
• Expanding from a single landing page to a comprehensive multi-page website to provide detailed information about services, customer support, and company background.
• Implementing essential features such as customer sign-in/sign-up, ticketing system, multilingual support, blog section, job opportunities page, and a subscriber panel for bandwidth usage monitoring.
• Incorporating the latest UX/UI trends to ensure a seamless browsing experience for visitors.
• Enhancing website performance with fast loading times and responsive design.

Challenges

The previous website posed several challenges, including:

• Limited functionality: The old single landing page design lacked depth and failed to adequately showcase Rahanet's range of services and offerings.
• Poor user experience: Visitors had difficulty navigating the website and accessing relevant information due to the lack of organization and intuitive design.
